Breakfast - 2 pieces of white toast, crunchy peanut butter and Simply Orange Juice. About 233 calories.
Early morning snack - 1/4 cup of oatmeal with raisins & brown sugar. (I had to try the work's oatmeal as it's a popular item. Not sure why - it's like unflavored mush).
Lunch - lettuce with diced chicken, cheese, a spoonful of black beans and 1 hard boiled egg.
Lunch hour walk around 1pm. Burned roughly 260 calories.
Snack - pumpkin pie flavored yogurt and one Hershey's nugget.
Dinner - grilled chicken breast w/ cheese, hamburger bun, Diet Pepsi and a Fiber One Cookie Bar.
After dinner exercise - 30 minutes of stretching.
Came in under around 300 calories according to Lose It. Not a bad day.
